1. Express delivery ("from hand to hand"):

  • Delivery of electronic and paper tickets  is free within Kiev! An operating mode of service of express delivery: from  Monday  to Friday  –  10.00 a.m. – 07.00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday  – 11.00 a.m.-04.00 p.m. Please, ask your operator about time of delivery of your air tickets.
  • Within Ukraine delivery of paper tickets is made by express service at the expense of the Customer. For delivery of air tickets by other express services the Agency does not bear responsibility.

2. Electronic delivery (by e-mail)

             Electronic  tickets are sent by e-mail specified in booking and/or by fax after transfer into the agency account of the full sum of payment. If you have not received the electronic air ticket and/or wish to change the address of an electronic box, contact the operator!
